The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

• have a similar experience in the digital field of at least five years
• know how to develop up-sell and cross-sell commercial proposals in line with the Customer’s objectives
• complete knowledge of the main levers and digital marketing strategies
• excellent knowledge of communication and relationship
• basic knowledge of user-centric work methods
• advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
• availability for travel in Italy and abroad

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with excellent skills in developing interfaces, prototypes and concepts, to help us design beautiful experiences to live.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• at least 3 years of experience;
• excellent knowledge of the principles of interaction, user interface and user experience;
• proven experience in designing Apps and websites;
• knowledge of software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop);
• experience in designing design systems, UI kits and guidelines;

• Two years or more of experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads

It would be fantastic if you had already:

• excellent ability to analyze a site (tech, content and off-site)
• good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript;
• excellent ability to kw research and clustering;
• management of the SEO project phases;
• ability to analyze user behavior, through periodic analysis and reporting;

It would be fantastic if you also had:

• knowledge of Data Visualization and Business Intelligence platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI…);
• knowledge of SEO and Digital ADV;
