The new TSW Experience Lab in Milan

With the opening of a TSW Experience Lab in Milan, this approach focuses even more on continuous improvement of people’s experiences.

Since 1997, TSW aims to get to know people and understand them, to create the best possible experience, in every context. In over twenty years technologies and skills have evolved, but the substance has always remained the same. Thanks to the help of professionals which come from the world of psychology, ergonomics, anthropology, sociology, engineering and marketing, TSW has gradually expanded its sphere of expertise from SEO and SEM, through data analysis and content marketing, reaching the completion of the offer related to user experience services. Thanks to neurometric techniques of cognitive sciences, integrated with the humanistic research methodologies, TSW succeeds in to bring the person and her/his experiences to the center of observation and listening.

In May 2018, TSW opened the new Milan Experience Lab within the Copernico Martesana complex at 259 Viale Monza. With this choice TSW is getting closer to the possibility to collaborate with companies based in Milan and open up to new sectors and market spheres, in an increasingly international perspective.

The spaces of the Milan laboratory, which are added to the two laboratories present in the Treviso headquarters, where tests and research in the sector have been conducted for years, will be available to companies to carry out usability tests and to detect the quality of the experiences of users, not just on digital interfaces, but also on artifacts (packaging and products, campaigns and advertising materials, etc.). At the Milan office it will also be possible, as in Treviso, the simulation of ad hoc environments, in order to evaluate the experience of people in each single touchpoint of the customer journey.

TSW is in Treviso and Milan, but in reality it is wherever there is an experience, a service or a product that is worth testing to enhance it with the contribution of people, aka users.

But that’s not all: this will be the first of many places that TSW will open to listen to people’s experience and to improve more and more together.
